Associates rotate across Mars business areas, supporting reporting, data analysis, process optimization, internal controls, special projects, and digital finance initiatives. The program develops skills in data storytelling, stakeholder collaboration, project ownership, and senior-leader communication. Candidates must be pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree, be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and be willing to relocate, including during the program.

Participate in Mars Snacking’s strategic sales internship by owning a business objective from planning through execution. Work with customers, support confectionery brand growth, collaborate with sales teams, engage senior stakeholders, and contribute to meaningful business deliverables. The 10–11-week program includes mentorship, training, networking, and professional development. Candidates must be students graduating after the internship, legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, able to complete screening, and provide transportation to the Chicago worksite.

Leads North American indirect tax requirements and global tax data governance for an SAP S/4HANA transformation. Oversees U.S. and Canadian tax processes, tax determination, reporting, reconciliations, data standards, tax technology integrations, testing, deployment, audit readiness, and compliance. Partners across Tax, Finance, IT, Master Data, Analytics, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Shared Services to improve tax data quality and establish scalable global operating models.

Leads enterprise technology strategy, delivery, and transformation across Finance, FinTech, Legal, and Risk. Oversees product platforms, Agile and DevOps adoption, AI and data initiatives, digital transformation, change management, vendor partnerships, governance, and technology operations. Partners with executive stakeholders to align global priorities, integrate platforms, manage dependencies, and deliver scalable, secure, value-driven outcomes across a federated enterprise technology organization.

Serves as chief of staff and strategic partner to the Regional Commercial Head. Drives strategic alignment, portfolio prioritization, performance management, governance, leadership collaboration, team engagement, risk escalation, and continuous improvement across commercial and regional initiatives.

Leads transfer pricing transformation within a global SAP S/4HANA program. Translates tax policies into intercompany process and system requirements, supports solution design, testing, deployment, controls, audit readiness, and true-up processes. Coordinates stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT while managing risks, issues, documentation, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
