Serve as a reinsurance subject-matter expert supporting client accounts: advise on presentations and communications, manage claims and accounting processes, authorize KPIs and system tools, ensure SLAs and regulatory compliance, consult on RFPs and audits, reconcile records, and mentor team members to improve processes and client outcomes.

This role involves managing relationships with private equity clients, driving revenue growth, delivering human capital services, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client solutions throughout M&A transactions.

Leads commercial effectiveness consulting engagements focused on pricing, packaging, sales-force effectiveness, marketing effectiveness, go-to-market strategy, and revenue growth. Responsibilities include structuring complex problems, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, developing client recommendations, managing teams and projects, building client relationships, supporting business development, and contributing to thought leadership. The role requires approximately 50% travel, including international travel.
