Develop and support full-stack applications for wealth management technology, including new project delivery, production support, defect resolution, compliance, audit, and regulatory work. Responsibilities include application and data integration, SQL and scripting, cloud application development, enterprise data warehouse support, testing, documentation, and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders. The role uses Java, Spring Boot, React, Node.js, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and related development and monitoring tools.

Own and transform MassMutual’s investment FP&A forecasting operating model across planning, production, governance, and continuous improvement. Lead the business side of Anaplan reimplementation and other platform transformations, translating business needs into requirements, future-state workflows, and UAT. Establish scalable processes, data governance, controls, and clear ownership while partnering with Finance, Investment Management, data, and systems leaders. Develop repeatable workflows and organizational capability that enable reliable forecasting and executive-ready insight.

Perform life insurance valuation modeling in AXIS across statutory, tax, and GAAP frameworks. Execute cash flow testing, product implementations, assumption changes, and model updates; deliver financial results; strengthen model controls and versioning; collaborate with technology partners and auditors; and ensure regulatory and model governance compliance. The role requires actuarial expertise, AXIS experience, knowledge of life insurance products and regulations, and strong analytical and communication skills.
