Manages physical security operations for company facilities, including security staff, schedules, access control, CCTV and fire detection monitoring, emergency response, incident investigations, audits, compliance, and security policy implementation. Coordinates with law enforcement and emergency services, supervises security officers, produces reports, supports special events, and ensures protection of employees and assets.

Manage a portfolio of Community Institution customers, build relationships, identify growth opportunities, advise on customer priorities, resolve issues, support renewals and commercial activities, and deliver customer education. Collaborate with Product, Services, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams while contributing to process improvements and the development of an innovative account management model.

Leads Mastercard Commerce Media’s North American advertiser sales organization, owning revenue targets, pipeline development, advertiser acquisition, and expansion. Builds the sales strategy, operating cadence, account priorities, and team while developing relationships with Fortune 500 brands, agencies, and demand-side platforms. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, RevOps, Legal, Finance, and account teams to commercialize measurable commerce media solutions and deliver performance-driven outcomes.
