Lead identity and access security across a global portfolio, including authentication, authorization, non-human identities, PAM, JIT access, and Cloudflare ZTNA. Design Okta policies, integrate endpoint and SaaS security signals, manage identity governance and compliance, and automate security workflows using infrastructure-as-code, scripting, and AI tooling. Influence cross-functional teams, modernize access controls, and drive complex security initiatives to completion.

Owns recurring executive reporting, competitive intelligence, cross-brand analytics, and ad hoc analysis across Match Group brands. Consolidates metrics from multiple data sources, analyzes user overlap and migration, sizes markets, supports executive and Board decisions, and improves reporting automation. Requires strong SQL, Excel, BI visualization, communication, and presentation skills across marketing, product, finance, and research data.

Leads and develops a team of data scientists supporting Tinder’s Integrity organization. Partners with product leadership across safety, account integrity, anti-abuse, and moderation. Owns analytical strategy, experimentation, causal inference, measurement frameworks, high-stakes investigations, and executive-level recommendations. Requires hands-on expertise with complex datasets, classifier evaluation, and trust and safety or adversarial behavior domains.
