Support full employee lifecycle with primary focus on talent acquisition: sourcing, outreach, interview coordination, offer documentation, and maintaining Greenhouse data. Manage onboarding, HRIS administration (Justworks), benefits questions, employee records, and engagement initiatives. Partner with hiring managers and Head of People to improve People processes and candidate/employee experience.

Manage end-to-end planning and execution of partnerships, activations, private events, and community programming. Serve as primary liaison to Rockefeller Center, coordinate cross-functional logistics, manage timelines, budgets, contracts, and stakeholder communications, and support promotion, invoicing, and post-event reporting to ensure high-quality experiential delivery.

Support the design team across digital and print projects: execute layouts and visual assets, contribute to concept development and social content, prepare files for production, source imagery, and assist day-to-day creative tasks while learning industry trends and tools.
