Translate complex engineering concepts into buyer-focused narratives, create whitepapers and sales enablement materials, support conferences and media, gather market intelligence, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption and launch go-to-market programs.

Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and closing. Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and structured interviews, improve candidate experience, support employer branding, maintain ATS data, and report recruiting metrics. The role focuses on hard-to-fill deep-tech, hardware, manufacturing, and startup positions while designing scalable recruiting processes.
