Leads the finance organization and advises executive leadership and the board on financial strategy, planning, capital allocation, fundraising, reporting, and operational finance. Builds scalable finance infrastructure for a complex hardware manufacturing business, including forecasting, manufacturing economics, cost accounting, controls, ERP systems, contract finance, and global reporting. Oversees the Controller and supports investor relations, government contracts, grants, and strategic transactions.

Lead strategy and operations initiatives for a quantum hardware startup. Responsibilities include executive project management, strategic partnerships, market and competitive analysis, financial modeling, operational process design, supply chain improvement, commercialization, pilot program coordination, pricing, and sales enablement. The role works closely with company leadership and cross-functional engineering, product, and business teams to support growth and scalability.
