The role advises attorneys and clients, monitors regulatory developments, supports business development, and drives adoption of legal technology, generative AI, document automation, and workflow solutions. Additional responsibilities include knowledge strategy, data governance, practice innovation, attorney training, and collaboration across legal, technology, and business services teams.

Manages legal project management engagements for Finance and Corporate matters, supporting partners and matter teams with project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, communications, technology, and client interfaces. Facilitates meetings, manages multiple matters, supports LPM training, develops partner relationships, and identifies process improvements. Requires legal and project management expertise, strong communication, organization, discretion, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently under shifting priorities.

Manages client pricing agreements, billing rates, matter setup, engagement letter reviews, billing guidelines, and client-specific reporting. Advises Mayer Brown on legal, regulatory, professional responsibility, and ethical risks associated with AI, legal technology, automation, cloud systems, and client-facing technology services. The role develops AI governance policies, reviews technology onboarding and use cases, supports contracts and client negotiations, monitors global regulations, collaborates with technology and privacy teams, and delivers training on responsible AI use.

Develops and executes public and media relations strategies for a law firm, builds journalist relationships, secures coverage, positions lawyers as thought leaders, drafts communications materials, coaches spokespeople, manages PR vendors, monitors media activity, and advises firm leadership. The role also includes team supervision, budget analysis, staffing support, and workflow improvement.

Advises litigation practices on legal technology innovation by mapping litigation workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and building AI-enabled workflows, prompt libraries, automations, and custom workspaces in platforms such as Harvey. Partners with lawyers, IT, Knowledge Management, and vendors to pilot, implement, train, and drive adoption of solutions. Uses usage data to measure engagement and ROI while monitoring emerging legal technology trends.

Advises finance practices on legal technology innovation by mapping transactional workflows, identifying process improvements, and building GenAI workflows, prompt libraries, automations, and custom workspaces in platforms such as Harvey. Partners with lawyers, IT, Knowledge Management, and Practice Technology teams to prototype, implement, train, and drive adoption of legal technology solutions. Uses stakeholder feedback and usage data to prioritize initiatives, support change management, and inform technology strategy.

Leads execution, adoption, and sustained implementation of legal technology and AI innovation initiatives across a global law firm. Translates strategy into workplans, coordinates Innovation, Technology, KM, LPM, Operations, vendors, and practice groups, manages change and training, tracks adoption and outcomes, reports insights to leadership, and supervises team members. Requires at least six years delivering technology-enabled change in complex professional services environments, legal technology and AI expertise, and strong leadership and project management skills.
