Provide on-site and virtual IT support for global end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage helpdesk tickets, deploy systems and software, onboard and offboard employees, maintain IT asset inventory, support A/V needs, and manage workplace equipment logistics. The role requires strong Microsoft 365 administration, imaging and OS deployment experience, technical documentation skills, and excellent customer service.

Lead design technology strategy and oversee BIM and digital design teams. Develop standards, computational workflows, visualization/VR/AR and digital twin efforts. Manage software interoperability, data health, quality control, and present emerging tech and AI integrations to firm leadership while collaborating with IT and project teams.

Lead firm-wide marketing, branding, and public relations strategy. Manage PR and marketing communications staff, oversee brand standards, collateral, proposals, website, social media, and RFP responses. Support business development and recruiting, research target markets, and ensure quality control across marketing production.
