The BIM/VDC Coordinator will manage BIM services, develop Revit content libraries, oversee project models, conduct QA reviews, and mentor teams on best practices.

Manages project accounting, including project setup, fee forecasting, expense and labor adjustments, payroll, billing, accounts receivable, aging reports, reconciliations, and collections. Maintains financial records, supports project managers through Deltek Vantagepoint training, resolves accounting issues, and improves accounting processes. Requires U.S. and U.K. payroll knowledge, accounts receivable and general accounting experience, Excel proficiency, and Deltek Vantagepoint experience.

Provides comprehensive HR support across US and UK employee populations, overseeing employee relations, performance management, benefits, leave administration, accommodations, recruiting, engagement, compliance, and employee communications. Partners on global HR initiatives, improves workflows, maintains SOPs and intranet resources, updates handbooks, manages performance cycles, and uses people analytics to guide workforce decisions.
