Lead the firms awards and recognition program: develop strategy and annual calendar, identify high-value opportunities, draft and edit submissions to firm style and AP Style, partner with internal teams, track outcomes in CRM, analyze metrics, and support directory submissions.

Plan and execute small-to-mid size firm-wide client events and support large programs. Manage venue sourcing, budgets, vendors, F&B, AV, onsite logistics, stakeholder coordination, post-event reporting, and travel. Lead business development for Tax, Employee Benefits, and Private Client Services: set strategy, manage BD team, create go-to-market and cross-sell plans, leverage market research and CRM, coordinate with firm marketing, and drive revenue-generating client initiatives.

Lead enterprise-scale technology and AI programs, managing scope, budget, timelines, risks, and cross‑team dependencies. Drive delivery across software, integrations, infrastructure, and GenAI deployments; establish governance, communicate to executives, resolve blockers, and ensure audit readiness and operational adoption.

Lead development and delivery of communication and learning programs for firm IT projects.
