Researches potential clients and matters, processes conflict searches, analyzes and edits results, audits conflicts database records, and communicates findings to attorneys and compliance teams. Coordinates with attorneys and secretaries, researches clients using online tools, assists with report interpretation and database troubleshooting, and protects confidential information while meeting tight deadlines.

Executes law student recruiting and summer associate programs for assigned offices. Builds relationships with law schools and student organizations, manages interviews and offers, coordinates outreach and sponsorships, oversees 10-week summer programs, maintains ATS data, generates recruiting reports, manages budgets, and supports firm-wide recruiting initiatives and process improvements. Requires coordination with hiring partners, recruiting committees, and internal stakeholders while following NALP rules and school policies.

Oversee the security of firm applications, networks, systems, hardware, and mobile devices throughout their lifecycles. Develop security requirements and architecture, manage controls and configurations, perform certification and accreditation, maintain asset inventories, and ensure secure development and acquisition practices. Collaborate across departments and mentor team members while serving as a primary technical security contact. The role requires independent judgment, strong analytical ability, knowledge of security frameworks and technologies, and at least seven years of related experience.
