Serve as strategic pricing advisor to partners: lead RFP and alternative fee pricing, align with BD and Finance, support reporting and post-pitch analysis, analyze realization and matter profitability, and use AI/analytics to identify pricing trends and improve firm pricing tools and processes.

Provide desk-side and remote IT support, monitor ACD and help desk ticketing, troubleshoot hardware/software, manage new-hire setups, AV conferencing, office moves, and local infrastructure tasks. Maintain asset inventory and knowledge base, assist on infrastructure projects, coordinate vendors, mentor junior staff, and ensure adherence to IT policies and SLAs.

Lead strategy and execution for Tax & Private Client marketing: design integrated, data-driven campaigns, manage multi-channel tactics (events, webinars, digital), build KPIs and dashboards, drive ABM and cross-practice initiatives, mentor a marketing team, and optimize performance using analytics and marketing technology.
