Prepares financial reports, analyzes budget and forecast variances, supports expense managers and directors, conducts budget reviews, maintains financial reporting tools, develops automated and ad-hoc reports, resolves financial inquiries, audits system data, and supports monthly operations reporting.

Supports People Analytics by analyzing workforce data and producing reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations for HR and firm leaders. Maintains recurring HR metrics, develops automated reporting solutions, validates data, and supports workforce modeling, headcount planning, talent analytics, and HR program evaluation. Partners with HRIS and IT on Workday reporting, data quality, governance, and self-service capabilities while applying AI and automation to improve analytical workflows.

Supports global HR processes and employee services in a shared-services model. Responsibilities include Workday data entry, HR data validation, onboarding coordination, employee support, compliance administration, HRIS troubleshooting, support queue management, performance management, timesheet audits, personnel-file maintenance, and HR documentation. The role requires accurate handling of confidential information, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
