Designs and maintains the firm’s Data Lakehouse architecture, including data models, integrations, pipelines, mappings, security, governance, and data quality. Translates business and reporting requirements into scalable data solutions supporting business intelligence, analytics, reporting, and AI. Collaborates with database, application, development, and business teams; documents architecture and dependencies; troubleshoots integration issues; evaluates emerging cloud and data technologies; and provides technical guidance throughout implementation.

Develops, integrates, tests, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise software across Microsoft platforms. The role translates legal and business requirements into secure web, desktop, cloud, API, and Microsoft 365 solutions. Responsibilities include stakeholder and vendor collaboration, technical leadership, application lifecycle planning, and implementation of AI-enabled and generative AI capabilities using LLMs and related technologies. The developer also contributes to standards, architecture, automation, security, modernization, and production support.

Owns the enterprise Data Lakehouse platform, including operations, integrations, validation, monitoring, vendor management, releases, security controls, documentation, and lifecycle improvements. Translates business and data requirements into platform solutions and coordinates stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors. Provides technical leadership for analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and AI use cases without direct personnel management.

Leads the firm’s brand strategy, positioning, storytelling, reputation, and integrated internal and external communications. Advises leadership, drives brand adoption across the organization, oversees digital and executive communications, modernizes workflows through technology and AI, and manages communications teams, agencies, budgets, governance, and performance measurement.

Leads business development strategy for the firm’s Corporate and Private Equity practices. Responsibilities include developing business plans, pursuing pitches and RFPs, managing client and lateral integration initiatives, coordinating rankings submissions, analyzing opportunities, supporting events, overseeing messaging and content, managing CRM data, and mentoring junior colleagues.

Leads firmwide legal AI initiatives by identifying use cases, building and implementing AI agents, evaluating emerging solutions, supporting pilots, resolving technical issues, and driving adoption. Collaborates with attorneys, IT, vendors, and leadership to assess risks, document technical limitations, deliver training and content, manage testing milestones, and provide recommendations based on pilot results and use-case data.
