Oversee end-to-end payer enrollment for multiple client accounts, coordinating vendors, providers, payers, and internal teams. Monitor SLAs, deadlines, documentation, and enrollment quality; resolve delays, rejections, and discrepancies; complete escalated enrollments; support revalidation; provide client updates; and maintain expertise in payer requirements, regulations, and best practices.

Build and ship production-grade features across frontend and backend, scope and lead projects, mentor engineers, and contribute to product and technical roadmap using the company tech stack.

The Senior Engagement Manager will manage client relationships, ensure project success, optimize processes, and drive customer value. They will coordinate projects, address client needs, and analyze workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
