The Implementation Project Manager will oversee project management during the customer implementation phase, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction while driving process improvements.

Manage end-to-end health plan enrollments for multiple client accounts, oversee vendor performance, complete escalated enrollments, maintain accurate documentation, monitor timelines and SLAs, liaise with payers and providers, resolve delays or rejections, support revalidation, and communicate enrollment status to clients.

Lead and own payer enrollment as a business: set goals for enrollment times and success rates, prioritize builds, ship fast, measure outcomes, make technical tradeoffs, hire and develop engineering managers and engineers, and partner with Product, Operations, and Applied AI to automate and scale enrollment workflows.
