Teams at Medallion

Provides email-based customer support for payer enrollment, credentialing, and healthcare SaaS platform questions. Manages approximately 50 tickets daily, investigates and resolves issues, communicates clearly through Intercom, and collaborates with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations. Builds platform expertise, escalates complex issues, identifies support trends, and recommends improvements to products, documentation, and workflows.

Lead the launch and ongoing delivery of enterprise payer enrollment accounts. Build teams, workflows, reporting, metrics, and client operating rhythms; manage SLA performance, quality, escalations, offshore and vendor teams, client relationships, and account economics. Partner with Product and Engineering to automate processes, improve productivity, reduce costs, and scale successful operating models across additional enterprise clients.

Build and ship production-grade features across frontend and backend, scope and lead projects, mentor engineers, and contribute to product and technical roadmap using the company tech stack.
