Support sales by managing and prioritizing product trials, conversions, and implementations. Lead project workflows, monitor progress, communicate status to sales, product teams and customers, run regular account meetings, resolve issues, and build internal and customer relationships to meet objectives.

Lead and manage a sales division to drive profitability and growth. Develop business and marketing plans, pricing, proposals, and RFP responses. Mentor and manage account representatives, maintain sales records, expand customer base, and ensure staffing and training to meet performance goals. Travel frequently to support business development.

Support field sales and customers by assessing clinical and educational needs, providing product/procedural training, optimizing surgical preference card systems, conducting data-driven evaluations and quality reviews, and serving as clinical liaison across sales, marketing, and corporate teams to drive product improvements and value-add programs.
