Manage asbestos cases from intake through trial under senior guidance: conduct discovery and depositions, draft motions, collaborate with scientific experts, advise clients on exposure history, support settlement negotiations, and potentially litigate other tort claims. Maintain current knowledge of asbestos law and research.
