Own full-cycle recruiting for complex roles across multiple business functions, from sourcing and screening through offers and closing. Advise hiring managers on role scope, competencies, and interview plans; build diverse talent pipelines; manage candidate experience; maintain accurate ATS data; track recruiting KPIs; and improve scalable hiring processes. The role is a six-month hybrid contract requiring three days per week in a New York City office.

Lead technical onboarding and integration of strategic partners with Melio’s embedded payments platform using APIs and SDKs. Diagnose and resolve integration issues, serve as a liaison between partner teams and internal Engineering and Product groups, document integration best practices, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role requires strong API, SQL, troubleshooting, communication, and partner-management skills.

Manage strategic growth and retention of top-tier accounts by building relationships, guiding adoption, monitoring health signals, removing friction, executing sales methodologies, and surfacing customer feedback to cross-functional teams to drive retention and expansion.
