Own full-cycle recruiting for business-critical roles across multiple functions, from sourcing and screening through offers and closing. Advise hiring managers on role scope, competencies, and interview plans; build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing; maintain strong candidate experiences; and improve recruiting processes. Manage accurate ATS data in Greenhouse or Ashby, track recruiting KPIs, and provide insights to leadership while adapting to changing hiring priorities.

Manage strategic growth and retention of top-tier accounts by building relationships, guiding adoption, monitoring health signals, removing friction, executing sales methodologies, and surfacing customer feedback to cross-functional teams to drive retention and expansion.

Own and lead end-to-end product design for a B2B payments platform. Partner with PMs, engineers, principal and partner design teams, conduct user research and prototyping in Figma, and drive design from prioritization through launch while collaborating across time zones and stakeholders.
