The Senior Account Executive will drive strategic outbound sales efforts, manage the full sales cycle, and exceed targets by closing high-value customers, while collaborating with teams and managing pipeline precision.

Provide hands-on bookkeeping and accounting for a portfolio of US small-business clients using Xero and AI tools. Own reconciliations, AP/AR, month-end close, and financial reporting; serve as a client-facing point of contact. Test and document AI workflows, partner with US leadership to scale best practices, and help define modern, AI-powered bookkeeping standards.
