Lead product roadmap and strategy for enterprise orchestration software; partner tightly with engineering, deployment, and customers to prototype, prioritize, and deliver features. Write PRDs, define KPIs, present to leadership, and build/mentor the product team while balancing platform and customer-specific work.

Senior engineer who designs, builds, tests, and operates scalable backend services (Node.js/TypeScript); leads multi-sprint technical delivery; raises reliability, security (SOC 2) and observability standards; mentors engineers; runs code reviews; owns production readiness and incident response; and partners with Product, DevOps, and customers.

Own end-to-end customer deployments from kickoff to live, adopted production solutions. Scope MVPs, write requirements, manage backlog and timelines, QA deliverables, configure platform elements, run go-lives, drive adoption, and hand off to steady-state while partnering with engineering and sales to prove business value.
