Partners with delivery engineers to convert proofs of concept into production deployments and expansions. Builds repeatable sales processes, translates complex operational problems into solutions, and collaborates with company leadership to improve the product and go-to-market strategy.

Own end-to-end customer deployments from kickoff to live, adopted production solutions. Scope MVPs, write requirements, manage backlog and timelines, QA deliverables, configure platform elements, run go-lives, drive adoption, and hand off to steady-state while partnering with engineering and sales to prove business value.

Own delivery of a core enterprise platform area from technical design through production launch. Responsibilities include program planning, dependency and risk management, technical design reviews, integration troubleshooting, release readiness, staged rollouts, evaluation and defect workflows for agentic AI, telemetry and SQL-based reporting, and communication with leadership and customers. The role requires hands-on technical fluency, production AI/ML delivery experience, and the ability to drive reliable enterprise deployments.
