Own FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, revenue operations, billing, collections, cash management, and financial reporting. Partner closely with founders on investment decisions, fundraising support, operational priorities, and cross-functional projects. Build reliable revenue forecasts, monitor unit economics and cash runway, improve financial processes, and investigate discrepancies while operating independently in an early-stage healthcare technology startup.

Manage and grow signed TPA and health plan accounts through relationship-building, renewals, and expansion. Own end-to-end implementations, run business reviews, manage reporting, and improve client success processes across sales, network, engineering, and analytics.

Own new-business sales to win employer and TPA customers: prospecting, outbound outreach, discovery, product education, end-to-end deal management, proposal/contracting, market feedback, and travel (20-50%).
