Support 2-3 trademark attorneys in U.S. and international trademark prosecution, TTAB opposition/cancellation proceedings, and portfolio management. Manage dockets and deadlines, coordinate client and foreign associate communications, prepare filings and TTAB templates, assist with litigation support and billing, maintain client systems, and provide team backup and mentoring. Hybrid role with minimum three in-office days per week.
