Plan, produce, and lead end-to-end in-person team onsites in NYC and secondary cities, managing logistics, vendors, budgets, travel, stakeholder alignment, feedback loops, and post-event iteration. Support broader employee experience programs including All Hands, virtual events, merch, and culture initiatives while developing scalable tools and processes to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned experiences.
