Leads organization-wide talent acquisition and retention programs, supervises HR staff, manages recruitment operations and vendor partnerships, and supports employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. Analyzes workforce metrics and recruitment outcomes to improve hiring and retention strategies while advising organizational leaders on HR policies and workforce matters.

Serves as the primary liaison between Mercy Technology Services and business customers. Captures business objectives and processes, communicates their implications to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and helps ensure technology solutions meet business goals. The role also oversees project teams and business work processes while supporting collaboration between customers and technology contributors.

Leads application development across the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, coding, debugging, testing, data warehouse development, system implementation, documentation, and user training. Analyzes complex business problems and develops cost-effective automated solutions. Requires expertise in Cogito, Caboodle, data modeling, SQL-based data analysis, code management, and agile methodologies, with preferred Epic HB/BP experience and Clarity certification.
