Full-cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates across IT, shared services, and executive roles. Partners with hiring leaders on intake, interviews, and offers; coordinates new-hire paperwork and recruitment events; supports negotiation and onboarding logistics; serves as HR liaison for managers and candidates.

Collects and resolves outstanding insurance receivables (unpaid, denied, underpaid claims), manages high claim volume, communicates with payers and patients, and supports revenue cycle/billing processes using EPIC/Resolute and office productivity tools.

Develop regional and local marketing plans, manage projects to coordinate and prioritize efforts, drive patient growth and retention, analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform budgetary and operational decisions, and strengthen client relationships.
