Contract role supporting Talent Acquisition with multi-channel technical sourcing, high-volume interview scheduling across time zones, agency relationship management, and meticulous ATS documentation. Build candidate pipelines, coordinate complex interview logistics, provide candidate-facing communications, track metrics, and identify process improvements to ensure smooth, candidate-first hiring operations.

The Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing accounts through strategic planning, client collaboration, and ensuring a positive customer experience, while meeting sales goals.

Own recurring sales reporting, maintain Salesforce data integrity, produce executive and board-level pipeline and bookings metrics, deliver ad hoc analyses, support Salesforce enhancements, and drive process improvements to scale reporting and reduce manual work.
