The Director of Finance will lead financial management, accounting, regulatory compliance, financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning. The role requires managing finance teams, presenting complex financial information, and supporting a technology or blockchain business through strong financial controls and decision-making.

Manage customer relationships as the primary contact, ensuring successful solution delivery, adoption, satisfaction, and retention. Partner with Product and Sales to advocate for customer needs, onboard and integrate clients, monitor usage, track account metrics, communicate initiatives, and drive upsells. The role requires account management experience, blockchain or compliance knowledge, startup experience, strong relationship-building skills, and adaptability.

Identify and qualify public and private sector prospects through research, outreach, and discovery calls. Partner with Account Executives on deal progression, maintain accurate CRM activity records, create sales collateral, attend industry events, and develop expertise in blockchain, compliance, and risk management solutions.

The Technical Customer Success Manager will manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and handling issues. Must possess strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.

The intern will support marketing efforts to establish Merkle Science as a thought leader and assist in developing sales tools, strategies, and project management.

Build, validate, and productionize clustering and attribution heuristics on large multi-chain on‑chain datasets. Own end-to-end data pipelines, investigate edge cases (mixers, bridges, consolidation), benchmark against ground truth, and partner with investigations and product to define and defend precision/coverage metrics.

Lead execution of product marketing programs for Merkle Science: positioning, messaging, launches, HubSpot-driven campaigns, events, sales enablement, and performance tracking to drive adoption and pipeline across crypto, financial, and government customers.

Manage HubSpot CRM, build and execute email and lead-nurturing campaigns, support demand generation (webinars, events, partnerships, content, digital), assist product marketing and sales enablement, coordinate integrated campaigns, track performance, and maintain marketing assets and landing pages.
