The Director of Finance will lead financial management, accounting, regulatory compliance, financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning. The role requires managing finance teams, presenting complex financial information, and supporting a technology or blockchain business through strong financial controls and decision-making.

Manage customer relationships as the primary contact, ensuring successful solution delivery, adoption, satisfaction, and retention. Partner with Product and Sales to advocate for customer needs, onboard and integrate clients, monitor usage, track account metrics, communicate initiatives, and drive upsells. The role requires account management experience, blockchain or compliance knowledge, startup experience, strong relationship-building skills, and adaptability.

Identify and qualify public and private sector prospects through research, outreach, and discovery calls. Partner with Account Executives on deal progression, maintain accurate CRM activity records, create sales collateral, attend industry events, and develop expertise in blockchain, compliance, and risk management solutions.
