The role requires leading high-velocity sales teams, developing talent, and adapting an existing sales playbook while preparing for expanded regional or second-line leadership.

Leads Metaview’s SMB sales team in New York City, owning quota, forecasting, hiring, coaching, and performance. The manager will build the segment’s qualification framework, discovery standards, pipeline reviews, reporting, forecasting cadence, and repeatable sales process from scratch. They will coach account executives on fast-cycle land-and-expand deals, partner with recruiting and enablement, and improve conversion, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity.

Own customer implementations from contract signature through steady-state adoption. Configure AI agents, prompts, templates, integrations, and customer workflows; lead user and hiring-manager training; monitor adoption; troubleshoot usage gaps; and create reusable onboarding assets. Manage multiple implementations, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholders while tailoring the experience to each customer and helping teams achieve measurable value from the platform.
