Lead Method’s Finance, Accounting, Business Operations, and Revenue Operations functions. Own financial processes, controls, audits, forecasting, board reporting, vendor and banking relationships, and team development. Partner with Sales, Engineering, and other leaders on approvals, margin initiatives, and scalable systems. Support high-impact projects including corporate development and potential acquisitions while maintaining hands-on involvement in a rapidly scaling fintech and payments business.

Own strategic product relationships with major accounts, partnering with senior customer product leaders to identify opportunities, shape initiatives, and drive launches. Coordinate Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Engineering, and Product teams while testing ideas, incorporating feedback, and maximizing customer integration value. Help establish the company’s forward-deployed customer partnership model and create revenue growth opportunities.

Own end-to-end engineering projects, build scalable backend services and React experiences, and expand a core API handling millions of daily requests. Investigate production issues, participate in code reviews and interviews, and collaborate on product roadmaps. The role requires strong software engineering expertise, scalable application development experience, and the ability to balance speed with reliability. Fintech, data pipeline, payment rail, and DevOps experience are advantageous.
