Provide high-level administrative and project management support to the Chief Membership Officer, manage Membership office operations, handle confidential communications, use Tessitura CRM for member records, coordinate events and team culture activities, manage procurement and budget tasks, and support onboarding and membership events.

Lead sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for capital projects. Develop sourcing strategies, run RFPs, negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, mitigate risk, track savings, and collaborate with project, design, facilities, and finance stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.

Support research and administration for the Mary Cassatt exhibition (Oct 2026–Oct 2028). Conduct provenance and curatorial research, assist with catalogue preparation, loan paperwork, TMS database updates, coordination with departments, interpretive materials, web and promotional content, gallery installation, and related administrative tasks.
