Lead sales enablement strategy and programs—designing onboarding, product launch enablement, microlearning, certifications, coaching, and reporting. Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses, use conversation intelligence for coaching, manage LMS and content libraries, certify trainers, and partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to drive ramp time, adoption, and revenue outcomes.

The role involves outbound calling to schedule appointments, building a sales pipeline, and achieving performance targets. Training is provided to help transition to advanced sales roles.

Own design and delivery of Bruin SDKs, public APIs, developer portal, and an integration marketplace. Lead connector framework, authentication, observability, and developer experience. Collaborate with customers, ensure code quality, mentor engineers, and apply enterprise and AI-native integration patterns.
