Lead Designer oversees design teams for IT infrastructure, integrated security, and audiovisual projects. Manages full project lifecycle—initiation, planning, design, execution, and close-out—conducting surveys, calculations, layouts, specifications, quality control, documentation, and client/vendor communication while ensuring timelines, standards, and team development.

Licensed P.E. who leads electrical design projects and teams, produces complex schematics/layouts, manages project documentation and issuance, oversees construction administration, performs field observations and surveys, mentors staff, and serves as Job Captain to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Provide advanced administrative and project implementation support to Senior Project Leaders: prepare proposals and documents, manage calendars, screen calls, schedule meetings and travel, assist with ERP upkeep, mentor junior administrative staff, and apply project management standards while maintaining confidentiality and stakeholder communication.
