Supports office operations by receiving and distributing communications, maintaining office supplies and equipment, processing shop drawings, coordinating pickups and deliveries, handling general upkeep, and servicing internal and external customers.

Creates mechanical schematics, layouts, calculations, equipment selections, specifications, and energy models for HVAC and piping systems. Supports project management, construction administration, field observations, shop drawing reviews, quality control, document issuance, and project archiving. Coordinates with engineers, architects, vendors, consultants, clients, and stakeholders, and may assume Job Captain responsibilities for project deliverables and documentation.

Leads firmwide electrical engineering standards, specifications, QA/QC protocols, and advanced design strategies. Provides technical oversight for complex interdisciplinary projects, ensuring systems are integrated, constructable, budget-aligned, and coordinated. Mentors senior designers and engineers, conducts reviews, develops leadership pathways, supports project scoping and fee negotiations, and represents the firm in industry forums, client discussions, pursuits, and business development.
