Supports architectural design for mixed-use developments from concept through construction. Creates design concepts, plans, elevations, renderings, exhibits, specifications, and construction documents; coordinates consultants; researches materials and benchmarks; assists with QA/QC, construction administration, RFIs, submittals, and proposal deliverables. Collaborates with architectural and interior design teams while considering jurisdictional requirements, constructability, sustainability, budgets, and project schedules.

Designs and documents retail, food and beverage, luxury, and experiential projects. Responsibilities include concept development, space planning, material and FF&E selection, fixture and casework design, 3D visualization, construction documentation, site surveys, consultant coordination, QA/QC, specifications, and construction administration support. The role also contributes to project programming, sustainability research, proposals, and maintaining design intent through construction.
