Provide advanced administrative and project support to Senior Project Leaders: prepare proposals/documents, manage calendars, schedule meetings and travel, maintain ERP, mentor junior staff, and ensure confidentiality and proactive project coordination.

Support BIM services production by setting up and maintaining Revit and AutoCAD projects, assisting with model updates, coordination reviews, technical documentation, 3D modeling, issuances, and training. Ensure adherence to departmental standards, troubleshoot software and integrate Revit with third-party tools while managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Lead Designer for IT infrastructure, integrated security, and audiovisual systems. Manages design teams, oversees project initiation through close-out, produces layouts/specifications, ensures quality control of documentation, coordinates stakeholders, and provides technical leadership and escalation on complex projects.
