Diagnose complex network incidents, drive root-cause analysis, implement long-term fixes, document configurations and procedures, coordinate cross-team remediation, and support network architecture, routing, and peering for LAN/WAN/wireless environments.

Design, develop, and evaluate ultra-low-latency network architectures, protocols, and prototypes using simulation/emulation. Collaborate with engineers, publish research, pursue grants, and work with industry partners to transition research into practical applications.
