Monitor tax regulations, identify credits and incentives, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and supervise or mentor tax staff.

Supports indirect tax compliance by preparing and filing sales, use, gross receipts, personal property, withholding, and business license filings. Performs tax research, journal entries, account reconciliations, use tax reviews, notice responses, record maintenance, and deadline tracking. Coordinates with internal departments and taxing authorities while assisting with broader tax provision and compliance projects.

Leads FEMA Public Assistance and disaster recovery programs for state, local, tribal, and territorial clients. Advises senior stakeholders on eligibility, funding, compliance, project formulation, reimbursement, appeals, audits, and closeout. Manages multidisciplinary teams, staffing, budgets, schedules, deliverables, risks, and client relationships while coordinating with FEMA and government agencies.
