Provides independent schedule oversight, monitoring, and analysis for major MTA infrastructure projects. Reviews and evaluates Primavera P6 schedules, performs critical path and what-if analyses, validates field progress through site visits, identifies risks and delays, develops recovery strategies, and supports project reporting. Collaborates with project managers, contractors, schedulers, and stakeholders while providing technical leadership, recommendations, mentorship, and schedule expertise.

Drive net-new business development and full-cycle sales for DATAMARK’s indoor mapping and spatial intelligence SaaS platform across East Coast commercial, public safety, and enterprise markets. Responsibilities include prospecting, presentations, proposals, contract closing, pipeline management, client relationship development, cross-selling, conference participation, procurement support, and coordination with technical delivery teams. The role is remote with up to 50% travel.

Leads enterprise Capture Enablement by managing teams, methodologies, standards, market intelligence, CRM and knowledge systems, training, reporting, tools, automation, and continuous improvement. Establishes scalable capture processes, governance, stage gates, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows while partnering with business development, proposals, marketing, technology, Salesforce, and other growth functions to improve pursuit effectiveness and organizational adoption.
