Lead and scale a Product Operations team supporting Entity Management products. Own operational health, quality programs, BPO/vendor management, measurement and dashboards, reduce manual work via tooling/automation/AI, and partner with Product and Engineering to improve workflows and product reliability.

Own full enterprise sales cycle for Middesks business identity platform: prospect, build account strategies, navigate multi-stakeholder technical and executive buyers, partner with Solutions Engineering, and close complex new-logo deals while delivering consultative, API-aware solutions.
