Principal Full Stack Engineer responsible for architecting, developing, deploying, and modernizing internal platforms and AI-enabled products. The role is 70–80% hands-on coding, with ownership of architecture, engineering standards, governance, and technology strategy. They will mentor senior engineers, partner with product managers and stakeholders, establish reusable components and processes, guide technology adoption, and drive scalable software engineering practices across the organization.

Manages nonprofit client accounts, integrated marketing and fundraising campaigns, client communications, campaign deliverables, performance reporting, strategic recommendations, and cross-functional collaboration. The role owns day-to-day account responsibilities, supports donor growth and retention initiatives, presents insights to clients, maintains quality assurance, and mentors junior team members.

Owns the health of a multi-client digital tracking ecosystem across 100+ properties. Responsibilities include managing Piwik PRO and Google Tag Manager configurations, deploying pixels and telemetry updates, monitoring and debugging conversion events, validating implementations with browser tools and APIs, supporting technical client onboarding, managing consent and UTM governance, documenting configurations, and coordinating technical escalations. The role also explains tracking behavior to nontechnical teams and improves automation and monitoring processes.
