Teams at Milken Institute

Manage day-to-day web production across Drupal sites, including page creation, editing, publishing, scheduling, request management, troubleshooting, and quality assurance. Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams, apply accessibility, SEO, usability, and information architecture best practices, and support larger web projects. Write and edit web copy, manage digital assets, improve workflows, and ensure accurate, polished user experiences.

Supports the Business and Program Development team through engagement strategy development, industry prospect research, outreach, relationship and data management, and event support. The intern will use AI tools to streamline projects, collaborate with Events, Programs, and Communications teams, and help identify opportunities to expand the Institute’s global network. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the New York office, occasional local event travel, and approximately 40 hours weekly.
