Manage multi-discipline MEP engineering projects from planning through design and construction. Responsibilities include scope, client relationships, scheduling, financial management, team leadership, quality reviews, subconsultant coordination, status reporting, fee development, proposals, and business development. The role delivers complex capital projects on time, within budget, and to client requirements while managing multiple projects and clients.

Designs and coordinates mechanical systems for concurrent capital projects, including healthcare, government, military, and research facilities. Prepares engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and bid documents; supports construction administration through site visits, field reports, submittal and RFI reviews, and change-order evaluation. Collaborates with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients while ensuring technical quality, code compliance, project deadlines, and budget requirements.
