Leads electrical design and coordination for complex commercial, healthcare, industrial, government, and infrastructure MEP projects. Develops construction documents, power and lighting systems, calculations, analyses, specifications, and technical reports. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, supports construction administration, evaluates submittals and RFIs, conducts site investigations, manages project objectives, and mentors junior staff. Requires a PE license, extensive MEP design experience, and proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.

Lead mechanical engineering execution for multiple capital projects from concept through construction administration. Responsibilities include mechanical design, technical calculations, reports, drawings, specifications, quality review, staff direction and mentoring, client communication, field surveys, construction site visits, submittal and RFI reviews, change order evaluation, and multidisciplinary coordination. Projects primarily involve healthcare, government, military, laboratory, corrections, and utility infrastructure facilities.

Manage multi-discipline MEP engineering projects from planning through design and construction. Responsibilities include scope, client relationships, scheduling, financial management, team leadership, quality reviews, subconsultant coordination, status reporting, fee development, proposals, and business development. The role delivers complex capital projects on time, within budget, and to client requirements while managing multiple projects and clients.
