The Head of Partnerships will develop and execute strategies to expand Mimica's partner ecosystem, driving revenue through System Integrators and technology partners while collaborating with sales leadership to integrate partners into business operations.

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will drive sales by identifying and converting new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building relationships with stakeholders.

Lead and scale Mimica's product organisation, define global product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven task/process mining and automation, mentor product and design teams, improve product operations and discovery, align cross-functional stakeholders, handle escalations, and hire and forecast team needs.
