Lead and grow a platform engineering team to build and operate reliable, scalable cloud platforms and developer infrastructure. Hire and develop engineers, drive technical vision, participate in product strategy, and contribute to cross-engineering initiatives. Ensure operational excellence across Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability, networking, identity, compute, and storage at scale.

Lead ideation and write concise, on-brand copy across channels (web, email, ads, social, in-product). Collaborate with designers, product, and marketing to develop messaging systems, brand guidelines, and performance-driven tests. Translate high-level strategy and digital concepts into clear, conversion-focused copy while iterating with stakeholders and AI tools.

Lead end-to-end delivery of a full-scale HRIS migration, managing planning, data migration, vendor and cross-functional coordination, configuration, testing, cutover, change management, communications, and post-go-live hypercare to ensure adoption and minimal disruption to People Operations.
