Develop and maintain systems for investment manager data ingestion, cleaning, validation, reporting, and performance attribution. Establish data engineering standards, improve platform efficiency, adopt new technologies, and train team members. Collaborate with analysts, technologists, investors, and partner teams to build reliable data solutions and shape data and attribution practices.

Supports quantitative investment research and market analysis by developing dashboards, white papers, and other research outputs. Responsibilities include sourcing and manipulating large financial datasets, documenting methodologies, improving and automating research processes, maintaining research databases and metadata, optimizing data sourcing, and supporting trade implementation and monitoring. The role requires strong quantitative programming, visualization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with financial markets or macroeconomic knowledge helpful.

Support the CIO and Portfolio Manager in researching, evaluating, monitoring, and managing long/short equity hedge fund investments. Conduct manager due diligence, develop hiring and divestment recommendations, negotiate investment terms, and maintain manager documentation. Build and implement quantitative frameworks, including data cleansing, backtesting, statistical analysis, reporting, and production tools, while generating insights to inform investment decisions.
