Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders, contractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, contract administration, facility projects, inspections, compliance, reporting, and corrective actions. The role requires extensive construction and program management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to integrate technical, procurement, and construction activities while traveling to project sites as needed.

Lead complex, high-value federal facility design and construction projects from planning through occupancy. Oversee scope, budget, schedule, contractors, compliance, quality, and documentation. Provide technical leadership, coordinate A/E firms and stakeholders, manage multidisciplinary teams, and perform site inspections to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
