Create, film, and edit short-form video for organic social, onsite content, and paid advertising across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Develop hooks, cutdowns, CTAs, and creative iterations informed by social and growth metrics. Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Site Merchandising, and Merchandising teams; monitor trends; maintain video asset libraries; and occasionally travel for shoots.

Senior Counsel, Commercial will advise Misfits Market on commercial contracts, strategic partnerships, product counseling, privacy, intellectual property, advertising, food safety, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and strategic transactions. The role reports to the General Counsel, partners with cross-functional teams, manages legal and compliance risks, and supports business objectives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
