Create, film, and edit short-form video for organic social, onsite content, and paid advertising across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Develop hooks, cutdowns, CTAs, and creative iterations informed by social and growth metrics. Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Site Merchandising, and Merchandising teams; monitor trends; maintain video asset libraries; and occasionally travel for shoots.

Own experimentation analytics across Product and Marketing, including A/B and multivariate test design, causal inference, statistical analysis, and business recommendations. Build dbt models, dashboards, metrics, and experimentation frameworks; improve data infrastructure and self-service reporting; partner with engineering on instrumentation; mentor analysts; and maintain the analytics roadmap while supporting cross-functional stakeholders.
