Own a portfolio of large enterprise construction customers ($2–3M ARR), drive retention, adoption, expansion, and C-suite relationships. Build account plans, manage escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and scale CS playbooks to deliver measurable outcomes.

Lead design strategy and execution across the Miter platform. Collaborate with product and engineering, conduct customer research, prototype and deliver incremental UX, shape AI-powered features, and maintain design systems and componentry.

Outbound Sales Development Representative responsible for high-volume prospecting (80-100 dials/day) within a geographic territory, researching accounts, crafting tailored outreach, qualifying prospects, booking ~5 SALs/month, nurturing leads to discovery, handing off to AEs, and owning pipeline/activity metrics in Salesforce while iterating on messaging and cadences.
