Produce equity research reports (initiations, industry pieces, earnings recaps) for Chemicals & Packaging. Build integrated Income Statement/Balance Sheet/Cash Flow models and perform DCF valuations. Source and summarize alternative data, conduct proprietary company and industry analysis, maintain industry contacts, and support senior team members for marketing events and conferences.

Manage the KYC process for corporate clients, gather and assess KYC documents, ensure compliance with regulations, and assist with client outreach.

Provide administrative and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, reporting, employment verification). Coordinate first-day logistics, badge/access, Workday pay group assignments, I-9 completion, welcome communications, orientation presentation, and employment verifications while maintaining accurate employee data and a positive employee experience.
